Woohoo! I crossed my fingers, and everything turned out just fine. If you popped in yesterday or earlier today, then you noticed I was having a debate on whether to use Blogger comments or Haloscan comments. I weighed the pros and cons of each system, but now it looks like the pros of both are working together: 1) comment link lines up with my name and posting time, 2) all readers are welcome to post without membership/anonymity issues and 3) all previous comments have been restored.
