Only Time will do

I'm referring to Enya's CD. It's actually entitled A Day without Rain. I've been listening to it lately as I write my essays for English.

It was almost another bizarre day. What am I saying? It *was* still odd. I went to my 8:30 class as normal, but when I got there, two of my classmates in the hallway said the class was cancelled. Again? Yup. There was a sign on the door. Not knowing what to do, I walked out of the building. Instead of returning to my dorm, I decided to turn right and walked toward the Quad. Then it was straight out of a movie, complete with the out-of-focus walking in the distance: I saw my professor walking toward the building. Do I need to get a new prescription for my glasses? Yes. But to my surprise, it was she. Thirty seconds later, she said, "Good morning," and all that came out of my mouth was, "Hey."

*blush* That's NOT what I would have said in a perfect world, but I was still surprised at that point. ANYway, she said, "You're going the wrong way." I replied, "There's a sign that says class is cancelled." Then she said, "Oh no." Or something like that. I would have said the same thing if I were her. As it turns out, that sign was supposed to go up before Monday's class, but it didn't. We still had a pretty good attendance this morning. Luckily I had no desire to head straight back to my dorm like I did on Monday.

I have a meeting in an hour.

Don't think I'm not still miffed about Alias, ABC! I cannot, however, stop watching Super Millionaire.
