Another recap

Got home from watching the Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra play at the Church of St. Ann & the Holy Trinity. They sounded good! My co-worker Meghan joined BSO last month.

It rained heavily this morning, so I slept in and watched TAR1 discs 1 and 2 from Netflix. Also finished reading Artemis Fowl: The Lost Colony. I am way behind on my goal of reading 25 books this year. Hmmm... oh well. At least I'm trying.

Watched RENT live for the sixth time yesterday. :) It was a great performance. Not perfect by any means, but it sure doesn't need to be. I loved it, and it made me want to work even harder than I already do for the show. And it made me want to go back and see it again. I have my reasons. :) Hehehe.

Attended opening night of The Times They Are A-Changin'. It was fun. Meghan and I sat in the first row, thanks to Anne's extra tickets. I saw David Blaine, Kathleen Turner and Bebe Neuwirth. But the highlight of the day took place while I was running an errand during work. I got to meet Thom Sesma, my first Engineer in Miss Saigon. He plays the father, Captain Ahrab, in Times. Such a nice guy!

It's been a great week. What will the next one hold in store?
